Northern Highland Coffee Company started as a dream a long time ago when I realized how much I love and enjoy a good cup of coffee – watching the sunrise, sitting in front of the fireplace on a cold snowy day, or ending the day on the lake watching the sunset.
The dream was just a dream until an opportunity and friends convinced me it was time – when a well loved building and a supportive community in Sayner, Wisconsin presented itself.
Coffee & Community
I’ve tasted a lot of coffee around the world. From the black coffee we drank without thinking while pulling 12 hour shifts in the Air Force to the café’s of Paris. I love the process of the brew and how that process can elevate your drink. From an Italian stovetop espresso maker to a French Press to a pour over. It’s the science of the brew.
In my travels I always sought out the local coffee shop for the ambiance and sense of community it offered. Most importantly a great cup of coffee. I want to carry that same feeling into Northern Highland Coffee Company.
I’ve chosen to serve Colectivo Coffee roasted in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Here’s my chance to serve a good cup of coffee and provide a community gathering place for others to gather and grow their own dreams.
